Contract Requirement
  1. A $100 deposit per vehicle is required to secure vehicle(s) and your event date, start planning process and generate a deposit contract.
  2. The deposit is non refundable and will be applied to your balance due.
  3. You will be sent a confirmation when your deposit is received.
  4. Payment in full is due 21 days prior to your event. If payment is not received by this time... services will not be rendered.
  5. Balance money paid is refundable upon receipt of your cancellation no later than 10 days prior to your event.
  6. Total price charged is determined from the time the vehicles leave our lot for pick up...drive time will be charged for events south of MP 16 (Whalebone Junction, Nags Head) and north of Kitty Hawk. This charge does not apply to all day trips.
  7. A downtime fee is charged per vehicle for the time in between drop offs and returns unless another vehicle is used to do returns. This fee is ½ the hourly rate.
  8. Total price may be changed due to any adjustments to the time schedule, added stops or pick ups, deleted stops or pick ups, before, during or after the event. These changes, whether initiated by the company or client will be taken care of either by invoice or reimbursement within 30 days of the event.
  9. Even though we maintain our vehicles to the highest standard, we cannot be responsible for unexpected mechanical failures or flat tires.
  10. There will be no refund in this situation and a replacement vehicle will be supplied to fulfill all of the contract requirements as soon as possible.
  11. Gratuity is always appreciated...suggested gratuity is 15% of the total for personal event contracts and 20% of the total for commercial contracts. Gratuity can be added to your contract total at your request or paid in cash to the driver the day of your event.
Rules of the Bus
  1. No drugs or smoking on any of the vehicles.
  2. If anything is broken there is a $100 minimum charge.
  3. If anyone gets sick on the vehicles there is a $500 clean up charge.
  4. No marking on the glass. If vehicles are rented for an event involving minors; Prom, school related events, etc...
  5. The names of all minors must be supplied to the drive prior to event. If at all possible, an adult should accompany minors or a group leader should be chosen to be responsible.
  6. The person signing the contract is responsible for reimbursement of all damages or any extra charges that are incurred.
